3. "We Didn't Start The Fire" - Billy Joel
4. Any Chemical Brothers song. "Block Rockin' Beats" for example.
5. Any Manowar song. "Hail and Kill" for example.

If you look closely, you may be able to spot a pattern in my selections. Guess it and win a cookie.

Well, 2 and 3 definitely are, and you have an excellent point there. I was going more for the apocalypse death-is-coming-for-you-now-so-get-your-lazy-ass-out-of-that-bed-and-RUN! feeling.

i didn't know the other three on your list, so i had to make a guess based on the evidence i had. but your reason makes sense, too! i wouldn't have thought of "we didn't start the fire" as that kind of song, but i guess you're right about it being an apocalypse-type song. hee.
