I applaud the word count and the productivity! I think I'm going to do something similar - I wrote so very little this year outside of academia (although, when I look back, I wrote in more fandoms than I expected!) that I'm determined that 2007 will be more...writey and setting myself a daily target of words, regardless of which fic I do it in, seems like the ideal way.

I know you used a spreadsheet as a tracker - how did that work out for you? Was it worth doing?

Also, real life totally ate me (argh, I sucked. Like a hoover.) and I still have the internet access of a fruitfly (although now I have a laptop I can take to places that have wifi and coffee!) but if you are still interested - I would love to do the Modest Mouse ficathon. :nods:
