Loved this! Sorry for posting anon, but I don't have an LJ. Anyway, I really liked this, the details of the city (Do you live there?) and how it's all tied in with Stella and Ray, and their history. And I especially love the last sentence.

One teeeeeny little thing - isn't it canon that Stella and Ray's mom are friends and talk on the phone?
