Like Charna, every name in this story that doesn't belong to a Sorkin character (save for Tom's roommate, who is mine entirely) belongs to a real person working in the Chicago or Los Angeles improv comedy scene, or to a real theater, or to a real improv team; I've shamelessly co-opted their careers for my own purposes.
